OBJECTIVE:1. To establish a tetramine poisoning death, postmortem redistribution and postmortem diffusion model of dogs, and investigate the symptom and pathology of tetramine poisoned dogs.2. To study the regularity of postmortem distribution and postmortem redistribution in tetramine poisoning death dogs, and provide a scientific evidence for the forensic identification of the tetramine poisoning death cases.3. To study the characteristic of the postmortem diffusion of tetramine in dogs, and discuss the possible mechanism of the tetramine postmortem redistribution.METHOD1 Animal models and collection of samples:1.1 Models of postmortem distributionSix dogs were randomly allocated to this group, and fixed to the desks, all dogs were given an intragastric administration of three times LD50 tetramine (0.46mg/kg), which was diluted to 0.1mg/ml by rice-water and douched by the same volume rice-water.The dogs were dissected just after its vital signs were disappeared, collected heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, bile, urine, heart blood, peripheral blood, muscle and so on, all samples were analyzed in 24 h.1.2 Models of postmortem redistributionNine dogs were randomly allocated to three groups, the room temperature group, 4 ℃ group and -20 ℃ group. All dogs were given an intragastric administration of three times LD50 tetramine (0.46mg/kg). As soon as its vital signs were disappeared, they were placed at room temperature, 4℃ and -20℃. Cardiac blood, peripheral blood, liver, muscle and cerebrum were collected in 0, 2, 4, 8, 24, 48, 72hs after the death and were analyzed.1.3 Models of postmortem diffusionSix dogs were randomly allocated to two groups, the stomach removed after poisoning death group and the intragastric administration after death group.1.3.1 The stomach removed after poisoning death groupDogs were fixed and placed gastric canal, and suffocated to death by clipping their tracheas. While the vital signs disappeared, the dogs were given an intragastric administration of three times LD50 (0.46mg/kg) tetramine, and placed at room temperature. Cardiac blood were...
