| Objective To investigate the safe duration limits of tolerance to warm ischemia of liver grafts from non-heart-beating donors (NHBDs).Material and method small pigs with 2-4 month age , the female and male is unlimited , which weight is 20-30 kg , total 24 , are divided into 4 groups random , each 3 pairs for each groups , before obtain liver grafts will experience non-heart-beating time as 0 minutes( WI-0) , 15 minutes( WI-15) , 30 minutes( WI-30) , 45 minutes ( WI-45) respectively . After operation , the receivers will be keep warming , provide necessary liquid and anti- infection treatment , but don't use the immunity depressant . Kill all at 3 hours after reperfusion.The data are expressed with mean±standard deviation , and analysised by analysis of variance .The software is SPSS12.0 ,α=0.05.Result1 The information of surgical operationThe warm ischemia time of each group is 0,15,30,45 minutes, but the cold ischemia time and anhepatic phase of each group was not significantly, respectively about 3-4 hours and 30-55 minutes. The yellow bile can not be seen in WI-45 but can be seen in others groups.2 the variety of the serum ALT, LDHBefore operation and anhepatic phase, the serum ALT(Alanine Amino transaminase) concentration was not significantly difference between all groups; At 1 hour after reperfusion, the serum ALT concentration of all warm ischemia groups was significantly higher than that of in WI-0,but was not significantly difference between warm ischemia groups ; At 3 hour after reperfusion, the serum ALT concentration of all warm ischemia groups was significantly higher than that of in WI-0, and which in WI-45 was significantly higher than that of in WI-30 and WI-15.Before operation and anhepatic phase, the serum LDH(Lactate Dehydrogenase) concentration was not significantly difference between all groups; At 1 hour after reperfusion, the serum LDH concentration in WI-30 was significantly higher than that of in WI-0, and which in WI-45 was...
