Renal ischaemia/reperfusion injury is inevitable pathophysiological process in kidney transplantation. There are still existing in acute renal injury, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiopulmonary bypass and operation with renal artery occlusion.Acute renal tubular necrosis (ATN) resulting from acute ischemia is the common form of ARF, and the ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury plays an important role in ARF caused by other reason. Recent studies suggested that estrogen has been demonstrated to be a certain protective effect to the liver, heart, cerbral I/R injury by measuring SOD, MDA, NO and ET-1 which are correlated with I/R injury. The content of eNOS is more high in renal ,It exits mainly in the vascular endothelial cell of renal , lots of matter can accommodate the express of eNOS which can increase NO. So I/R will be decreased. This experiment investigated the influence of estrogen on the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and protection to SOD during the rat renal ischemia/reperfusion injury (RIRI).Objective To investigate the influence of estrogen on the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and...
