Objective: Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin play a critical role in the carcinogenesis, development, infiltration and metastasis of endometrial cancer, and peritoneal fluid cytology is one important fraction of the pathological staging of endometrial cancer operation. This study is to analyze the relationship between peritoneal fluid cytology and the stages,histio-grades and the infiltration of tunica muscularis uteris of endometrial cancer;to evaluate the expression of Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin in the peritoneal fluid cytology of endometrial cancer;to analyse the expression of Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin in the peritoneal fluid cytology of endometrial cancer and also the correlation between the variable expression and the clinical pathological characteristics. Subsequently, compare the variable expression with the expression of Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin in the tissue of endometrial cancer, and then investigate the relationship between the expression of Survivin,VEGF,β-catenin and the development, metastasis of endometrial cancer. Methods:Collect 81 cases of peritoneal fluid samples of endometrial cancer paitients who had been operated in the...
