The Study Of Survivin VEGFβ-catenin Expression In Endometrial Carcinoma Tissue And Its Peritoneal Fluid

Objective: Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin play a critical role in the carcinogenesis,development,infiltration and metastasis of endometrial cancer, and peritoneal fluid cytology is one important fraction of the pathological staging of endometrial cancer operation. This study is to analyze the relationship between peritoneal fluid cytology and the stages,histio-grades and the infiltration of tunica muscularis uteris of endometrial cancer;to evaluate the expression of Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin in the peritoneal fluid cytology of endometrial cancer;to analyse the expression of Survivin,VEGF andβ-catenin in the peritoneal fluid cytology of endometrial cancer and also the correlation between the variable expression and the clinical pathological characteristics.
