Objective:Macroangiopathy is the most common complication of the type 2 diabets milltus(T2DM),is also the primary cause of patiences'death, the main pathological change is atherosclerosis(AS).recent years'researches had revealed that vascular lesion of T2DM is an chronic inflammatory disease, inflammatory factor such as IL-1(inerleukin-1),IL-6,IL-8,;tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)ect. have played an important role in the genesis and development of vascular lesion in T2DM.inflammatory reaction can increase the expression of the typeⅣcollagenase- matrix mealloproteinase-9(MMP-9),the latter can result in the excessive degeneration of typeⅣcollagenase of vascular basal membrane, which is the iniciative factor of vascular lesion in T2DM,it can also cause AS and increase the instability of the plaque to solicit acute great vessels'events.TIMPs is the natural inhibitor of MMPS.under normal circumstances,98% of MMPS is dormant or repressed by TIMPs, TIMPs binds to MMPS for 1:1 molar ratio proportion to form MMP-TIMP complex, thus inhibit the binding of MMPS to its substrate,so they constitute the important endogenous...
