Objective: To observe the different effect on the hemadynamic and stress responsive of the radical excision of esophageal carcinoma patients by three different fluid therapy:one is limited fluid therapy, one is stand fluid therapy, the last is AHH. To choice the best fluid therapy for these patients. Methods: 60 ASA I~II patients aged 38~65y and veighoed 64~85kg,body hight 168~183cm,undergoing the radical excision of esophageal carrinoma here randomly divided into three groups. The patient were given any drug before anesthesia. Perioperative monitoring included electrocardiogram and heartrate, artery mean arterial blood pressure, peripheral oxygen,CO,SV and PETCO2. Anesthesia was induced with remifentanil and propofol both given by TCI simultaneously. The target concentratration of propotol was set at 3μg/ml and remifentanil at 4ng/ml. When the patients lost conscionsness and BIS was under 50,rocuronithpa 0.6mg/kg was given intravenously to facilitate intubation. The patients were meohanically ventilated and PETCO2 was maintained between 30~40mmHp. Anesthesia was maintained with TCI of propotol...
