Objective: By analyzing some ingredients in the gallbladder bile of the patients suffering from gallbladder cholesterol stone, the experiment-conductor intends to further explore the formation mechanism, namely how mucin, immunoglobulin and the concentration of electrolyte in the gallbladder bile acts to form the disease of gallbladder cholesterol gallstone . Thus lay a theoretical basis for preventing and treating this disease. Methods: 27 cases of gallbladder cholesterol gallstone are selected randomly(male 6 and female 21),aging from 26 to 68, 39.6 years old on average . 18 cases of gallbladder polypi are selected randomly (male 5 and female 13 ),aging from 21 to 65, 36 years old on average .Neither of the two groups had hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia, and other endocrinopathys, and none of them had a history of acute gallbladder inflammation in near three months, and had recently take no medicine of cholic acid, the nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs, and octreotide which can effect gallbladder's evacuation, as well as any other drugs that can effect gallbladder...
