Experimental Study On Tongxinluo Supermicro Powder's Protective Mechanism To Blood Vessel Endothelium

Objectives: On the basis of former studies which have proved that Tongxinluo capsule have the effect of treating vasculopathy, to investigate the traditional Chinese medical pathological mechanism of vasculopathy and the relativity between"stagnancy of collateral-qi of ending-vessel in a deficiency condition"and endothelium dysfunction, further illuminate the protective mechanism of Tongxinluo supermicro powder to blood vessel endothelium, and offer a new way to the study of treating vasculopathy with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Theory Studying: According to the theory of collateral disorders, this article studieded the effect of Tongxinluo, which is one of the typical prescriptions to dredge collaterals, on preventing and treating vasculopathy. It also gave a new concept of"vessel-collateral and vascular system disorders", and illuminated the generality pathological link of vasculopathy.
