Objective: The tendon adhesion is a common complication after the tendon damage and Its preventing is a focal point in the clinic research. How to recover its glide function without adhesion in the healing process is very important in clinic. At present, the research indicated that the tendon healing process has two ways: the endogenous source process and the extrinsic source process. The extrinsic source healing theory believed that extrinsic source depending on the hyperblastosis of the soft tissue nearby the damaged tendon. In this process the granulation tissue play an important role with the help of the collagenoblast and the phlegmonosis cell by the tendon sheath. This meant the tendon adhesion is inevitable in the tendon healing process . But the endogenous source healing theory believed the tendon cell has latent healing ability. In this process tendon cell is nutritioned by the synovial fluid directly to complete the tendon cell multiplication, so they propose that the damaged peritend- ineum should be repaired to reduce the tendon adhesion. In recent years, studies indicated that the endogenous source process and the extrinsic source process both exist while the tendon healing, and which way occupied the dominant position was decided by the internal and external nutrition condition and...
