Mechanism Of Invigorating Qi And Promoting Blood Circulation On Cytokine Expression Of Aged Rats With ALI

Objective: This paper aims to research on peroxidation of aged ALI by detecting the blood of senile acute injury model rats and the changes of MDA, SOD, IL-1β, IL-4, TNF-α, TGF-β₁ and MPO in lung tissue, intervening with Chinese medicine for invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation, and to research on the correlation of aged ALI and qi deficiency and blood stasis, to discuss the effects of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation on cytokines expression of Aged Rats with ALI which will provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.Methods:60 SD rats were fed in experimental circumstance with temperature of 22℃²4℃ for a week, 10 of which were selected randomly for normal group, the rest 50 were made into model rats by being injected with D-gal of 1% by 50mg/kg, once a day, for 6 weeks, and the rats of normal group were injected with normal saline of equal volume.Aged model rats were randomly distributed into 5 groups: model group, LPS group, high-dose group of Chinese medicine and LPS (high-dose group for short), low-dose group of Chinese medicine and LPS (low-dose group for short), AG&LPS group...
