The Clinical Study On Preventing And Treating Prolonged Uterine After Medical Abortion With An Xue Tang

Objective: To discuss AnXueTang's clinical curative effect on the patient of prolonged uterine bleeding after drug abortion.Method: In this study the selected 60 patients were divided into four groups by random:blank group,Chinese traditional medicine control group, AnXueTang therapy group,AnXue capsule group, 15 patients every group.The four guroup separately impart blank drug,YiMuCao , AnXueTang, AnXue capsule, after ten days to observe curative effect and mensurate the declination of HCG after treatment and observe the remnant of uterus,the bleeding days and the bleeding volume of vagina.RESULT: AnXueTang therapy group is obvious priorer to the others in the declination of HCG,the bleeding period and bleeding volume of vagina.In general efficiency,the curative effect of AnXue capsule group is priorer to the former two groups,then the curative effect of AnXueTang therapy group is priorer to the former three groups.It's obvious that AnXue capsule therapy group can effectively prevent and cure the prolonged uterine bleeding after drug absortion . AnXue capsule also has some curative effect.Conclusion: 1. AnXueTang can obviously shorten bleeding period,reduce bleeding volume and low content of HCG which is arose by drug abortion,and curative effect is priorer to blank group,YiMuCao group, AnXue capsule group 2. AnXue capsule is composed by AnXueTang and the efficacy is transforming stasis hemostasis.Because of capsule,the content of availability is reduced and infect the curative effect,through clinical observation the effect is lower than AnXueTang,so take it into account to increase the efficacy of AnXue capsule from technics,pick-up dosage and so on.
