| The prolonged uterine bleeding after medical abortion means that the uterus bleeds without end after medical abortion , which may last more than 15 days or amount to 200mls or even more in little time. There are also some other symptoms , including belly-ache, anemia and even shock.The essay discusses the patho-mechanism and therapeutic development of the disease and from both aspects of modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine checks up lots of materials and takes systematic details. In order to prove the curative effect of transforming stasis and recovering menstruation, we chose 60 patients who are willing to experience medical abortion. We shared 20 cases as treatment group , 20 as Chinese medicine control group, and 20 as western medicine control group. The treatment group was treated by "Qing Gong Sheng Hua Yin", and the Chinese medicine control group was treated by the original "Sheng Hua Tang",and the western medicine control group was treated by the oxytocin.We observe the therapeutic effectiveness and some other indicatives after treatment.The results shows that "Qing Gong Sheng Hua Yin"can effectively prevent and cure the prolonged uterine bleeding after medical abortion .Its effect is prior to the control groups.The essay not only adopts some clinical observation indexes but also makes study on mechanism .All these contribute to form the theoretic basis for preventing and treating prolonged uterine bleeding after medical abortion with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
