| ObjectiveThis experiment involves150patients of severe knee osteoarthritis treated by differentmethods, is executed by comparing their clinical efficacy and biochemical changes. Thepurpose of this experiment is to study the clinical value of the treatment of joint of cavityflush with the injection of sodium hyaluronate into articular cavity, and discuss the clinicaltreatment methods of severe knee osteoarthritis.MethodAccording to the principle of random,150patients with severe knee osteoarthritis wererandomly divided into three groups of equal number A,B,C. Patients in group A were treatedby the joint of articular cavity flush and taking glucosamine capsule with ibuprofen, Group Bby the joint of injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity and taking glucosaminecapsule and ibuprofen, and group C by the joint of articular cavity flush and injection ofsodium hyaluronate in cavity and taking glucosamine capsule and ibuprofen. After a period oftreatment, the author observed its clinical recovery, drew the knee liquid inspection, measuredfluid in the concentration of CRP and LDH, and made a statistical comparison of index in thedifferent treatment methods of the three groups to observe whether significant differencesexist.ResultsAmong these three groups, there are significant differences in the clinical manifestations(P <0.05), in the CRP concentration (P <0.05), and in the LDH concentration of (P <0.05).What’s more, the patients in group C had better effects compared with both group A and B.The group B is better compared with Group A.ConclusionThe treatment of joint of cavity flush and injection of sodium hyaluronate in articularcavity has the ideal effects of easing pain, swelling and clinical symptoms and signs, betterfunctional improvement on articular cavity microenvironment, and therefore can be used asthe first choice for treating patients with severe knee osteoarthritis. The treatment of simple articular cavity flush and simple joint cavity of sodium hyaluronate injection are not as goodas the curative effect of combined therapy, but the latter is much, to certain extent, better thanthe former. |
