LVH is,a independent dangerous factor of heart and vessel,the main syndrome .Which has been playing an important role in the development of hypertension .LVH may give rise to arrhythmia , myocardial infarction , heart failure , suddenly death and so on that are serious illness. Consequently the diversion of LVH becomes not only the hot topic of decreasing of death rate of heart and vessel disease , but also the most important evidence of assessing effect of medicine which decrease blood pressure.Many studies indicate that Angâ…¡ ,ET,NE are concerned to LVH.while ANP has a contary effect on the substance , and a powerful bringing down high blood pressure and diuresis function .This topic , using the research of LVH model of G-RHR with kidney substance hypertension , discuss its blood pressure , LVMI , and change of content of ANP, ET , tiny structure of cardiac muscle tissue .By using the Chinese traditional medicine personally, the topic make a conclusion to the result of experiment research manifests :(1) Xinshukang have a satisfactory function of declining blood pressure (2)Xinshukang is able to decrease LVMI and constrain fibre of indirect cell(3)Xinshukang can increase the ANP concentration in blood serum and decrease endothelin content in blood serum(4)ANP can oppose ET, A ng â…¡ , NE and so on .all these are probably main reason that xinshukang divert LVH .
