| Objective:To explore the mechanism through clinical observation and animal experimental method of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan to treat hypertension LVH,clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of the LVH method for treatment of hypertension,in order to provide new methods and theories of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension LVH and its clinical application to provide objective evidence.Methods:(1)Clinical study:60 patients with hypertension LVH were numbered according to the order of medical treatment.They were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The treatment group was given the compound recipe of Supplementing Qi,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm,and the control group was treated with telmisartan orally.The curative effect was observed after 3 months treatment.The blood pressure changes and echocardiographic results were evaluated according to the results.(2)Explore the mechanism of action through the establishment of animal experiments.Wistar rats were used to establish the model of left ventricular hypertrophy in the experiment,to observe the blood pressure,left ventricular weight index,myocardial tissue pathological changes of myocardial cells and morphological parameters,the proto oncogene c-fos and c-myc expression in the curative effect of Yiqihuoxue phlegm self-made compound Chinese herbal medicines.Clinical study results:1.The blood pressure values of the two groups were improved after treatment,especially in the treatment group.After the treatment,the two groups were compared and analyzed by t test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two components were compared and analyzed by t test.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment,echocardiography indicators have improved,especially in the treatment group improved significantly.After the treatment,the two groups were compared and analyzed by t test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two components were compared and analyzed by t test.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Experimental results:1.The hypotensive effect of traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable.2.Chinese herbal formula can reduce the left ventricular mass index and improve ventricular remodeling.3.light microscopy,electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry showed that Chinese herbal compound can improve myocardial remodeling,inhibit myocardial interstitial fibrosis,and inhibit the abnormal expression of proto oncogene c-fos and c-myc.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan compound has a good hypotensive effect,can improve the hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy myocardial thickness and systolic function.2.The model of hypertensive rats was replicated by narrowing the renal artery,and its pathological changes were similar to those of human hypertension LVH.This model can be used for the study of hypertension.3.Supplementing qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm can obviously reduce the left ventricular mass index and decrease the volume of myocardial cells.4.Through the observation of light microscope and electron microscope and immunohistochemistry confirmed the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan compound can inhibit myocardial fibrosis and improve myocardial parenchyma and interstitium remodeling,inhibit the high expression of c-fos in myocardial cells,c-myc gene,thus alleviating and reversing hypertension LVH purpose. |
