Background and ObjectivePrimary hepatocellular carcinoma is a common malignancy, which attributes to the death of about 230 million people in China. The morbidity of primary hepatocellular carcinoma has been increasing in recent years, so it is emergent to perform research work on the prevention and treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Radical-resection has been regarded as the best treatment for liver cancer in the past hunderd years, but clinical observations have found that metastasis and relapse occurred quickly in most of the patients, which is the main reason of the death in most of the patients. Metastasis and relapse have been the great obstacle to further improve survival rate of liver cancer and to overcome cancer. It is considered that angiogenesis plays an important role in the development, infiltration and metastasis of the solid tumors. New angiogenesis determines whether solid cancer cells could develop into a clinical carcinoma and whether metastasis could occur and result in the death of patient. Angiogenesis is a prerequisite for the development, metastasis and fatality of the carcinoma. On the other hand, the risk factors of relapse in one year are all result from the carcinoma, but the risk factors of relapse in two years are all result from the patients.CD 105 is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein expressed on endothelial cells that can bind to transforming growth factor-β1 and transforming growth factor-p3. CD 105 relatively new marker of the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. CD 105 expression level on the surface of endothelial cells, which is only weakly in normal tissue, but it is strongly expression in tumor endothelial, reflects the proliferation of endothelial cell accurately. Recent studies have so it is of great clinical importance to perform research on the cancer factors related to the metastasis and relapse in the early stage after incision of the liver cancer and to pursue effective therapy. The present study detected the expression of CD 105 in the tissue of primary hepatocellular carcinoma , with combination of clinical...
