Objective: Intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemoperfusion(IHCP) is a local ancillary treatment after cytoreductive surgery, which combined intraperitoneal chemoperfusion with local thermotherapy. Compared with the traditional chemoperfusion, IHCP has many advantages in the aspects like killing abdominal Intracavitary tumor cell, minimum cancer metastasis, prevention of tumor palindromia, as well as improvement of survival rate. However, IHCP will bring cytotoxic effect on both tumor cell and normal cell. Such effect is especially obvious in stoma site. As is know that enteric nervous system and central nerve system are independent, but they also cooperate with each other. This study focused on the effect of Cisplatin Intraperitoneal Hyperthermia Chemoperfusion on myenteric nerve plexus of jejunal anastomoses.Method: Rats were divided into seven study groups randomly. Group(1) control group:, injected normal saline of 37℃to peritoneal cavity with 10ml. from the preoperative 5th to the 1st day Jejunal mutilation and end-to-end anastomosis were applied on jejunal broken ends,and10ml normal saline at 37℃was injectd into peritoneal cavity from the postoperative 1-5days. Goup(2) from the preoperative 5th day till the 1st day, injected normal saline at 37℃into peritoneal cavity with 10ml, jejunal mutilation and end-to-end anastomosis were performed on jejunal cut, injected normal saline of 37℃to peritoneal cavity with 10ml as well as Cisplatin from the postoperative 1-5days. G(3) from the preoperative 5th day till the 1st day, normal saline of 37℃was injected into peritoneal cavity with 10ml as well as Cisplatin, and jejunal mutilation and...
