Objective:Five factors were detected in NSCLC sarnples, including: expression of Cox-2, C-erbB-2, VEGFC, MLD, MVD; whole clinic materials of the NSCLC patients were collected. Investigate the correlation between the factors together with clinic materials and prognosis of the patients. The relationships among the factors and clinic materials were also investigated to lay a theory foundation for treating NSCLC.Methods:By means of immunohisto-chemical staining technique (S-P method), we detected the expression of Cox-2, C-erbB-2, VEGFC in 99 NSCLC samples (phaseⅠ~Ⅲ) and also in 20 samples of benign lung tumor. MLD and MVD were calculated form 61 samples of lung adenocarcinoma chosed from the 99 cases. The expression of Cox-2, C-erbB-2, VEGFC, the MLD, MVD together with age, sex, size of tumor, pathology type, differentiation, clinical stage, smoke, lymph node metastasis and survival time were analyzed statistically.Results:1.The expression of COX-2, C-erbB-2 and VEGFC in NSCLC and benign tumor samples: The expression rate of COX-2 was 68.69% in NSCLC and 10% in benign tumor; C-erbB-2 was 74.75% in NSCLC and 15% in benign tumor; VEGFC was 66.66% in NSCLC and 10% in benign tumor. Statistical significance can be found between NSCLC and benign tumor on the three factors (P<0.05).2.Calculation of MLD, MVD in lung adenocarcinoma and benign tumor: The mean of MLD was 17.31±6.31 in lung adenocarcinoma that was obviously higher than 9.51±3.15 in benign tumor. The mean of MVD was 30.43±11.31 in lung adenocarcinoma that was obviously higher than 10.56±2.51 in benign tumor (P<0.05).3.The correlation between Cox-2, C-erbB-2,...
