Objective:The incidence of Cervical cancer stands first on the list of the women malignant tumor, which ascends evidently in the last several years. The outbreak of Cervical cancer is relative to the precancerous lesion such as BV,CIN which are aroused by the reduction of lactic acid bacillus. It has been proved that Lactobacillus has an antitumoral effect and an immunoloregulation effect, but it is unknown that how they do that. Most of researches in this field are about thalli components, and so far there is no report which about Lactobacillus metabolite inhibiting Cervical cancer. In this paper, it has been observed that Lactobacillus metabolite has an impact on the multiplication of Hela in vitro, and also on cell cycle and apoptosis. These above proved that Lactobacillus metabolite has inhibition to Cervical cancer cell. Then the potential mechanism of this inhibition to Cervical cancer cell has been discussed as a pilot study. This study will provide a basis for the continued study on the effective components of Lactobacillus metabolite which have inhibition function to Cervical cancer and for the developing of the safe, effective and less costly medicine as the curative or assistant curative to Cervical cancer. This study will also provide a new idea for more effective application of Lactobacillus preparation. Methods: 1.Take MTT-method to investigate the inhibition of Lactobacillus metabolite in different concentrations to the Hela in the different time, and according to this to investigate the inhibition of the fatty acid, thallus nucleic acid to the Hela in the different time.2.Using FCM to analyse the apoptosis of the fermented filtrate of...
