Background and Objective:As we all know, homologous valved conduit (HVC) have many advantages, such as nature biophysical structure, excellent bloodstream-moving properties, mechanical properties, low infectiosity etc. So it has been become the most ideal material on curing many complicated congenital heart disease (CHD), having a well prospect of clinical application. But recently ,many studies have suggested that when HVC is implanted in patients, the Ecs on conduit' surface will lead to inevitable immunoreaction, which will make HVC calcification and failure. Many patients'lives will be threatened in a few years after operation, especially many children. The low durability of HVC has become one of the most important problems which limit its clinical application seriously. In order to solve this problem, people started to implant some living cells on artifical materials or decellarized homologous valved conduit (HVC),fabricating tissue-engineering homologous valved conduit(TEHVC). But it has been impossible for artifical materials to avoid the immunoreaction, cellulotoxicity, inflammatory reaction. Furthermore, we haven't be satisfied with their mechanical intensity, biological feature etc. Up to now, the declluarized HVC has been the most ideal material to fabricate TEHVC.Furthermore ,the other chief difficult problem of fabricating TEHVC is how to...
