Background and ObjectivesHypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy ( HDCP) is a special disease of pregnancy. It is a major reason that leads to the ascend of out break rate and death rate of pregnancy and postpartum women and perinatal. As American reported, the outbreak rate of HDCP is 6 percent to 7 percent, in our country, it is 9 percent. Scholar in domestric and overseas research the etiology of HDCP. At present, there are four neodoxies for the etiology of HDCP. â‘ the immune neodoxy, â‘¡the ischemic neodoxy of placental or nourish cell, â‘¢oxidation stress neodoxy, â‘£genetic neodoxy.Recently,as the progress of gene reseach of human being, search the susceptibility genes of HDCP becoming the new hot shot. Scholar found that the mutation of A1166 of Angiotensin â…¡ Type 1 receptor was associated with HDCP,and ,Dopamine D1 receptor -48A/G was significantly related to essential hypertension. The Dopamine D1 receptor is known to increase sodium excretion by inhibiting Na+-H+ exchange and Na+-K+ATPase activity. As reported in the essential hypertension ,in the condition of defective renal dopamine production and/or DR function, the outbreak rate of EH ascended. The abundant research have proved...
