Hepatitis B is a common communicable disease. At present, there are almost 400 million hepatitis B virus (HBV) carriers in the world. There were more than 1 million patients who died of the diseases associated with liver. However, about 75% HBV patients of them come from Asia. Our country is a heavy country in this disease. It is important to prevent and treat hepatitis. But it is not clear to the mechanism of this disease. It is being paid to the relationship between HBV genome and hepatitis B, and it is a hot topic in the world. The ratio of HBV genome is different in different regions, and the difference is very obvious.Because CHB affects the life quality of the patients, and there is not an efficient method for the therapy, it is a big problem to be solved to seek for it.IFN is an efficient medicin to treat CHB.But the result is affected by many factors, for example, sex, the age of infection, the rout of transmission, the mix infection of other virus, the amount of virus, mutation of virus, virulence of virus, different immunity of different patients.HBV gonome affects the result of the disease. Different patients infected HBV show different disease spectrum, from AHB, CHB,FH, LC to HCC. It has been reported that HBV gonome affects the result of IFN for CHB.It is a new method for...
