| Objective: To observe the clinical effects of prescription of Xiazhixunxi in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and find out it's effective mechanism, in order to lay a theories foundation for the exploiting and applying of the prescription of xiazhixunxi.Method: 78 patients were chosen according to the adoption standards competable with the diagnoses with knee osteoarthritis of were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group 48 eases and control group 30 cases). They were recorded their blood HA and NO,and score according to observation schedule of symptom and physical sign before treated. Patients in the treatment group were treated with prescription of xiazhixunxi. Patients in the control group were treated with pill of zhuangguguanjie.And after treatment record blood HA and NO, score again. All of the data were treated statistically.Result: The results show that before treatment there is no significant difference between two groups in blood HA and NO, and score stalistically,which indicates the two groups have comparability. After treatment, their blood HA and NO, and score are recorded again. Compared with before all indices have significant sta1istically difference( P<0.01), which indicates that two drugs have good effect both. After treatment there is no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). which indicates that there is the same curative effect. However, the patients in the treatment group have no side-effect related this therapy. Conclusion: 1. Prescription of xiazhixunxi could improve symptom and physical sign of patients of knee osteoarthritis, raise the sufferer's living quantity; 2.Prescription of xiazhixunxi can lower blood HA and NO qualities;3.Prescription of xiazhixunxi has no side effect, is a kind of better drug for treating knee osteoarthritis. |
