Clinical Reserach In Knee Osteoarthritis With The Treatment Of The Prescription Of Xiazhixunxi

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of applying the Prescription of xiazhixunxi on Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA). so as to provide a operation which not only safe but also have a good curative effect.Method:60 cases ofKOA patients according to 1:1 were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly, the treatment group used the treatment of applying the Prescription of xiazhixunxi, twice daily for 30 minutes for six weeks. The control group, Ibuprofen zyban taken orally, wice daily for the first five days, and then external application of Diclofenac ethylenediamine emulsion, three times a day for six weeks. By comparing the two groups of the effective rate, the pain of VAS scores, and the knee of Lysholm scores before and after treament. And to observe the patients’knee of Lysholm scores on the first month, the second month, the third month, the sixth month, and the twelfth month after treatment. And then the statistic data was analyzed.Results:1. The total efficiency of the treatment group of KOA was 83.33%, and the control group was 86.67% in respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups after signed-rank test (P>0.05).2. After treatment, the pain of VAS scores between two groups both decreased obviously. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).3. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) of the patients’knee of Lysholm scores after treatment. Also included the first month, the second month, the third month. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) of the patients’ knee of Lysholm scores after the sixth month, the twelfth month.4. Duringthe healing process of the control group, there had five patients presented stomachache, one patient occursed skin allergies. There was no adverse reactions in the treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:In kellgren-Lawrence grading 1,2 stage of KOA and in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal, the Prescription of xiazhixunxi can improve symptoms of pain in patients with KOA which not only effective but also safe,and worthy of clinical used.
