Objective:Esophageal Squamous Cancer is one of the common cancers in digestive system with high malignancy, which has poor prognosis and many difficult in therapy. The mechanisms of its pathogenesis and progression are still not clarified fully. It is important to understand deeply its mechanism to help early dignosis, find more effective methods of treatment and evaluate prognosis more accuratly.
