Panic activities are the severe barrier of the world peace and development. Although the panic activity manners are diversed, poison is the most common way in our country. Tetramine(TET) is the most harmful poison. Because TET is a convenient and powerful weapon, it is easy to be utilized by the terrorist. Now TET intoxication becomes the common disease in emergency medicine.TET is a neurotoxic rodenticide, and its poison is as five times as strychnine, as 100 times as potassium cyanide. The half lethal dose (LD50) of oral administration in rat is 0.1-0.3 mg/Kg, minimum lethal dose (MLD) in human is about 0.1-0.2mg/Kg. After TET was taken, it produced long-lasting seizure activity, and people who took it would die in short time. It is reported by the Prevention Academy of Science that the TET toxic patient is increased by 50% in 2000, and it has taken the first place of intoxication. Its death rate reaches to 20%. In 2003, the State council awarded the 63rd documents to forbid the production, management and usage of TET. But the poisonus cases occurre in succession, and it severely affects the stable of society and people's living. In the study, the treatment effects of hemoperfusion and toxicokinetics of tetramine were studied by extraorgan experiments, the clinical data of tetramine poisoning were analysed. According to the results of the studies and clinical treatment experiences, a referenced project adapted to clinical work for diagnosis and treatment of tetramine poisoning was preliminarily maken.1. The study of experiments of tetramine poisoning1.1 The study of the method of determinating tetramine concentrationThe method of gas chromatography/nitrogen-phosphorous detector (GC/NPD) for determinating tetramine concentration in bio-sample was established, the chromatograms results showed that tetramine and inter standard 1605 were well separated from each other, and both were not disturbed by endogenesis substances; the linearity of standard curves of sodium chloride solution were excellent(r>0.99); the...
