Objective: To observe the protective effect of the ultra-fine powder of Plantago asistica L. on experimental gastric ulcer in rats and to investigate its dose-effect relation comparing with the traditional thin powder and water extract of this plant, to preliminary research mechanism of anti-ulcer by the ultra-fine power of plantago asistica L.Method: ①130 wistar big white rats were randomly divided into 13 groups: normal control group; model group;cheqiancao300 nm group;cheqiancao500-1000 nm group; cheqiancao1-5 μm group; traditional thin powder group, water extract of cheqiancao group; ximitiding group; with the cheqiancao to treat groups were divided high dose groups and low dose groups. ②One model was damaged gastric mucosa by anhydrous alcohol, and the another model chronic gastric ulcer was induced by acetic acid; ③With the nonius to measure the gastric ulcer index.④To set up model of gastric ultra by anhydrous alcohol and acetic acid , extraction tissue slice of gastric ultra cicatrix ,with HE staining, from the point of view of pathology to observe ultra index, to measure activity of SOD and content of MDA, in the gastric tissue. Result: ①Ultra-fine power of P. asiatica can prohibit anhydrous alcohol to damage the gastric mucosa, it can accelerate union of gastric ultra there was prominent difference compared with the model group(P<0.05,P<0.001) ,there was prominent dose effect relationship compared with the tradition thin power and water extract of this plant (P<0.05),there was significant difference between the ultra-fine powder of P. asiatica group and ximitiding group, curative effect of ultra-fine power of P. asiatica group is superior to ximitiding group.②From the pathology to observe,...
