Objective: To evaluate the role of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mam mary intraductal papilloma. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed, which included the database of high frequency and color Doppler spectrum of 23 patients with mammary intraductal papilloma. Mammary intraductal papilloma was verified by the operation and histopathological examinations. Results: 23 patients with mammary intraducal papilloma all were abnormal in high frequency and color Doppler ultrasonography. The represent of high frequency and color Doppler ultrasonography of mammary intraducal papilloma: ductus dilatation with solid masses 13 cases, vesica masses 4 cases, simplify solid masses 2 cases, simplify ductus dilatation 4 cases. 23 patients with mammary intraductal papilloma blood flow degree: grade 0 44%, grade Ⅰ 13%, grade Ⅱ 39%, grade Ⅲ 4%, the PSV detect results of 8 altery frequency mammary intraductal papilloma: PSV≥20cm/s 62%, PSV<20cm/s 38%; RI≥0.70, 75%; RI<0.70, 25%. Conclusions: 1 Typical papillomatous ultrasomographic findings: local ductus dilatation, expland ductus approach to breast areola solid echo, papilla, echo uniformity, the continuity of tracheal cliff is better.2 Only according to blood flow signals have or not, much or little, pinch time max blood flow velocity, drag index can not estimate benign or malign intraductal tumors, pinch time max blood flow velocity were relate to lots of factors, such as big or small, base spectrums of the tumors, not determined all by tumor character.
