Objective:Compare the clinical effect of the early rehabilitation after mini-invasive aspiration with single mini-invasive aspiration in treating patients with 30-100ml spontaneous basal ganglia hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).To explore the feasible of early rehabilitation treatment of HICH after mini-invasive aspiration.Methods:45 cases were enrolled into our study. For earch case, all data were documented according to their case histories.45 cases were divided into two groups corresponding to their managements. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score in the 15th day, Functional Indepence Measure (FIM) score in the 15th day and the 3th month, the rebleeding rate and mortality in the 3th month were used as the evaluating parameters. Results:45 cases were divided into two groups,23 of them in arly rehabilitation after mini-invasive aspiration group and 22 of them in single mini-invasive aspiration group.there was significant difference between the two groups about the NIHSS score in the 15th day(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups about the FIM score in the 15th day(P>0.05), there was significant difference between the two groups about the FIM score in the 3th month (P<0.05). In the 3th month of the study there no significant difference between the two groups in the rebleeding rate(0, 4.5%) and mortality(17.4%, 18.2%)(P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared with single mini-invasive aspiration therapy in treating 30-100ml spontaneous basal ganglia hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage, the early rehabilitation after mini-invasive aspiration therapy remarkably improved the patients' activities of daily life,.On the same time ,there have no relationship on rebleeding rate and mortality. Indicating that the early rehabilitation after mini-invasive aspiration is a safe and effective method.
