OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to investigate the serum anti-Mullerian hormone dynamics after transvaginal immature follicle puncture,to prove the effect of the-transvaginal immature-follicle-puncture for the PCOS.METHODS: Thirty one patients undergoing their first TV-IMFP treatment were prospectively included. Ovarian hormones was measured on the follicular time. After measurement of basal serum AMH and antral follicle count (AFC) on cycle day 2-10, HCG was injected on the cycle day 10-12, TV-IMFP was performed after 36 hours. The serum AMH and AFC was measured on the next cycle day 2-10.RESULT: The serum AMH levels correlated positively with the AFC.The serum AMH levels correlated negatively with the BMI, no correlation between AMH and the other hormones was observed. AFC declined after IMFP(before 29 ±8.319. late 21.15±5.767), Serum AMH levels decreased ( before7.7166±3.77786 ng/ml, late 6.0648±3.02791ng/ml) The serum AMH levels correlated positively with the AFC.CONCLUSTIONS: On the serum AMH levels ,the PCOS can obtain good effect by IMFP.
