Background In recent years, many clinical researches indicate that Shengmai Injection has good curative effect on increasing success ratio of resusitation and fasteningrecovering speed of the patients's life signs . However the basic researches abouttreatment mechanism of Shengmai Injection are actually rare. NF-κB exists extensively in nuclear living beings, and it has an protein family composed of complicated inferior units of polypeptide. It has been already verified that NF-κB as a key modulatory nuclear facter of signal conduction is tightly connected with immunity , tumour , cell apoptosis and embryo's development ,etc. It is a kind of important nuclear transcription factors. NF-κB ,a relevant regulation factor to stress , inflammation ,apoptosis, etc. .participate in the process of IRI after myocardial infaction and its activation degree is related to damage degree of IRI. Heart pump function resumes again after cardiac arrest (CA) . Tissue , organ lack of oxygen gets reperfusion of blood flow. We can find it is also a course of IRI after CA. Shengmai Injection can increase success ratio of resusitation andfasten recovering speed of the patients' s life signs, so we imagine that NF-κB signalpassway has played an important role in this course after CA. There is no relevant research to it both at home and abroad at present. Our aim is through researching NF-kB/DNA binding activation of PNM , to investigate the molecular biology mechanism that Shengmai Injection can improve resuscitation success rate. Objective (1)to observe if there is difference about the activation of NF-κB of PNM and the degree of activation between control group and test group; (2)to investigate the effect of two different dosage groups in test group on NF-κB activation of PNM;(3)to discuss the relation of the prognosis of resuscitation and the degree of NF-κB activation.
