OBJECTIVE: Nervous system complication is one of the most common complications in patients with diabetes mellitus.Their pheriphery nerve and autonomic nerve are involved in in about 60% patients with diabetes mellitus. We called this diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Its pathogenesy is not completely interpreted by far.In recent years, along with the study improvement of diabetes mellitus and its complications.Such as the measurement of nerve blood flow, neuropathy ultrastructure study, enzyme kinetics study, and so on.And now we have had further recognition about DPN than before. So our objective is blew.1 .To observe the variance of plasma ET-1, triglyceride , fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin, hematoglobin Alc before and after the therapy of reduced glutathione in the patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. And through this we can study the mechanism of action of reduced glutathione in the therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.2. To observe the variance of the conduct speed of these patients' popliteal nerve and median nerve before and after the therapy of reduced glutathione in the patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.3. To observe the relationship between the variance of plasma ET-1 and the variance of the conduct speed of these patients' popliteal nerve and median nerve.4.To explore the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione in pations with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. METHODS:1.Studu object:Ninety-six patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus who are in the...
