Clinical And Experimental Studies On Children's Bronchial Asthma In Catabasis Treated With Fang Xiao Mixture

Objective:By observing and probing into the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and cure medicine of children's bronchial asthma in catabasis in theories,clinic and experiments,we try to find new medicine of children's bronchial asthma in catabasis and probe into the prevention and cure elements on air-way inflammation in catabasis. Methods:In clinical study,100 bronchial asthma children in catabasis are randomly divided into 2 groups,treated with Fang Xiao Mixture(FXM) and ketotifen.We observe the change of the children's spulmonary function and laboratory examination.In experimental study,we choose healthy Wistar mice to make models of bronchial asthma in catabasis,we observe the influence on inflammatory factor and immunological factor in air-way,bronchial and pulmonary pathology after drench. Result:The clinical study shows that the treat group is better than the compact group in spulmonary function and laboratory examination.The experimental study shows that the FXM can reduce the content of inflammatory factor TNF-аand immunological factor IgE in the serum of bronchial asthma mice in catabasis,restrain the collection of EOS in bronchi and lung,restrain the inflammation in air-way,alleviate air-way straitness and have evident differences compared with ketotifen group(P<0.01). Conclusion:FXM have good prevention and cure function on asthma children's air-way inflammation in catabasis.
