Experimental Study On Treating Diabetic Vascular Complication With Wentangtongmai Granule

Objectives: In the study,to explore the experimental study on treating diabetic vascular complication rats with Wentangtongmai granule.Methords: Male Wistar rats were intrapertoneally injected with STZ at the dose of 55mg·kg-1 to get the diabetic vascular complication model rats. Then diabetic rats were divided randomly into three groups: diabetic group(n=15), Wentangtongmai -treated group(n=15)(75mg·kg-1·d-1 )and youjiangtang-treated group(n=15).Except these groups,a normal group is taken(n=10).All rats were fed freely, with blood glucose, HbA1c,body weight examined. Twelve weeks later,microalbuminuria of 24 hours (24h-UMA) were tested and then all rats were sacrificed. Next,to test the guidelines of TNF SOD MDA and morphologic etc.Results: The guidelines TNF SOD MDA and morphologic of the diabetic vascular complication model rats which are treated all become different degree improved. Conclusions: Wentangtongmai granule has the function of benefit Qi nourishing Yin and convert phlegm break the blood stasis.In the experimental study, Wentangtongmai granule can amend different degree the guidelines TNF SOD MDA and morphologic of the diabetic vascular complication model rats.It has the notability curative effect.
