Proteomic Analysis Of Differentially Expressed Proteins In Human Hepatoma SMMC-7721 Cells Induced By Fufang Banmao Capusle Serum

Objective:Fufang Banmao Capsule, mainly used to cure primary liver cancer, is a Chinese traditional medicine made according to the standard of Ministry of Health. Although it has been proved to be effective by clinical curative effect, the precise mechanism remains to be clarified. To reveal it, we aim to find some clues about drug targets or effectors by searching the proteome alternations associated with that drug. Comparative analysis was taken to separate and identify the proteins significantly changed in Human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells treated with Fufang Banmao Capsule serum.Methods:1.
