Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System To Study The Experience Of Chinese Medicine Masters In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Hypochondral Pain

Objective:The application of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system(v2.5)to data mining of syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine masters in the diagnosis and treatment of hypochondriac pain provides a certain reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypochondriac pain.Methods:By collecting the medical records of three masters of traditional Chinese medicine in treating hypochondriac pain,and using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system(v2.5),we established a medical record database including symptoms,tongue and pulse conditions,syndrome elements and drugs,and analyzed the contents of the database by using data mining methods such as association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis,so as to reveal the common symptoms,tongue and pulse conditions,syndrome elements and core drugs of hypochondriac pain Common drug pairs and new prescriptions were found.Results:A total of 158 medical records and 171 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 254 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2158 times.1.Symptom analysis results: there were 114 kinds of symptoms in 158 cases,with a total frequency of 901 times.A total of 93 cases were identified as distending pain(51 times),dull pain(38 times),stabbing pain(7 times),channeling pain(3times),pulling pain(2 times),heat pain(2 times)and dull pain(1 time);The main symptoms were anorexia(64 times),fatigue(48 times),yellow urine(40 times),bitter mouth(38 times),dry stool(33 times),dry mouth(31 times).2.Analysis results of tongue and pulse: 109 cases with complete information of tongue,moss and pulse were collected.The main tongue image was red tongue(52times),followed by red purple tongue(20 times),blue purple tongue(19 times),light red tongue(8 times).Thin yellow moss(21 times)and yellow greasy moss(17 times)had the highest frequency.The most frequent pulse condition was string pulse(16times),followed by thin pulse(14 times),number of pulse strings(12 times),slippery pulse strings(11 times)and small pulse strings(8 times).3.There were 10 kinds of disease syndrome elements in 158 medical records,with a total frequency of 393 times.They were Qi Stagnation(118 times),damp heat(73 times),spleen deficiency(62 times),blood stasis(61 times),yin deficiency(32times),heat(22 times),dampness(10 times),Yang deficiency(9 times),phlegm(5times)and drinking(1 time).There are 7 syndrome elements of disease location,which are liver(151 times),gallbladder(82 times),spleen(62 times),kidney(20times),stomach(4 times),lung(2 times)and meridian(1 time).Among them,85 cases showed two or more syndrome elements of solid disease,84 cases showed syndrome elements of deficiency and excess disease.Syndrome elements of solid disease included qi stagnation and blood stasis(29 times),qi stagnation and damp heat(24 times),damp heat and blood stasis(17 times),qi stagnation and damp heat and blood stasis(15 times).Syndrome elements of deficiency and excess disease mainly showed spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,damp heat and blood stasis Blood stasis is mixed with each other,yin deficiency and qi stagnation,damp heat and blood stasis are mixed with each other.4.Drug analysis results(1)Results:the top 10 drugs were Radix Bupleuri(97 times),Radix Glycyrrhizae(87 times),radix paeoniae alba(78 times),Radix Curcumae(68 times),Fructus toosendan(54 times),Pinellia ternata(50 times),Herba Artemisiae capillaris(49times),Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Corydalis(47 times),Radix Scutellariae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(43 times),Angelica sinensis(42 times).(2)Results of drug category analysis: according to the category of traditional Chinese medicine,the top five drugs were Qi regulating drugs(369 times),deficiency tonifying drugs(336 times),including Qi tonifying drugs(120 times),blood tonifying drugs(120 times),Yin tonifying drugs(96 times),heat clearing drugs(220times),blood activating drugs(184 times),diuretic drugs(161 times).(3)Results of association rules analysis:16 core drugs were Chaihu,Banxia,Gancao,Yinchen,Yujin,Zhike,Danggui,Baizhu,yanhusuo,toosendan,Baishao,Xiangfu,Chishao,Danshen,Huangqin and Fuling.The core drug pairs are Chaihu-Baishao,Chaihu-Banxia,Huangqin,Chaihu-Huangqin,Chaihu-Yujin,Chaihu-Ga ncao.(4)Results of entropy cluster analysis: 46 core combinations and 23 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.The treatment of hypochondriac pain by traditional Chinese medicine masters usually starts with qi stagnation,but we should not forget that damp heat,blood stasis,spleen deficiency,yin deficiency and their combination are the main causes.2.In the treatment of hypochondriac pain,the master of traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to soothing the liver and regulating qi,at the same time,he does not forget to protect the spleen and stomach,soften the liver and nourish yin.He often chooses Qi regulating drugs and deficiency tonifying drugs,and often combines heat clearing drugs,blood activating drugs and dampness promoting drugs according to different syndromes such as damp heat and blood stasis.3.The core drugs of traditional Chinese medicine for hypochondriac pain are bupleurum,pinellia,licorice,Artemisia capillaris,Curcuma,Fructus aurantii,angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rhizoma Corydalis,toosendan,Paeoniae Alba,Cyperus,radix paeoniae rubra,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Scutellaria baicalensis,Poria cocos.The core drug pairs are Chaihu-Baishao,Chaihu-Banxia,Huangqin,C haihu-Huangqin,Chaihu-Yujin,Chaihu-Gancao.
