Objective To study the feasibility of transplanting autologous venous endothelial cells to luminal surface of allogenic vein and increasing the long-term patency rate after transplantation. Methods Thirty health male rabbits were divided into two groups randomly,A and B. Autologous endothelial cells(group A)were harvested with 0.2% collagenase and cultivated in 60mm plastic culture plate to the second generation. The multiplied cells were lined in vitro onto the luminal surface of allogenic vein(group B)which disposal with freeze-drying for–700C and radiation with 0.2kGy. Incubated again for 9 days. The operations of venous grafting in situ were performed. The luminal surface of allogenic veins were observation with Light microscopy and Scanning electron microscope (SEM) ; Patency rate of allogenic vein were observation with Intravenous Digital subtraction angiography (IV,DSA) and color Doppler ultrasonosape.
