Background and objectives:High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has become one of the effective method to treat the solid malignancies with physiatrist. And the most important factors to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HIFU were whether the treatment was success and the toleration of patients in this operation in clinic. however, the extension of treatment time and even the defeat of treatment could be caused by the following reasons: on the one hand, the imaging quality of ultrasonic was effected by several factors such as bones, the gas in intestinal tract , fat, et al. these factors caused the outline of the target zone could not be displayed clearly in monitoring imaging during the therapy; on the other hand, because most of the abecedarians were unfamiliar with the especial ultrasonic cross-section during the treatment, it was difficult to find the corresponding target zone needed therapy in the pattern. Otherwise, the ultrasound itself has low resolving power. So, it was important to explore a method not only finding the target zone safety and volant but also judging it precisely. The purpose and significance of our study is to search for a method to find the target...
