Open head injury is a complex pathologicOal progress. The weight, speed, projection pathway, contamination extent, exposure time of the injury agent play important role in the pathological progress. There have been many studies on the open head injury, but there are few studies on the injury related environment. Ecological environment in Ocean and land is different. Open head injury which occurs in ocean is a kind of special trauma. How to cure wounded soldier with this special trauma is an important topic. However there are few literatures on traumatic characteristics, mechanism and treatment of open head injury complicated with seawater immersion.
