Part one: Clinical study on post-operative hypernatremia in patients with sellar tumorHypernatremia is one of the common post-operative complications in patients with sellar tumor, which mortality is high. Professor Qisongtao total resected 368 sellar tumors which diameter is more than 3 cm from January 2002 to May 2005, in which 94 cases(25.5%) present with hypernatremia after operation.
