Objectives:Color Doppler(CDFI) is the first examination of early diagnosis ofacute renal(AR) allograft rejection, the image is clear and direct-viewing , the data is confidence, without wound, and save patient in time; however , the diagnosis of CDFI is not accurate which found by clinical statistics in these years, so, the value of Doppler sonography in diagnosis of AR still have arguments, on account of above questions , the present study base on foundation of the study of animal experiment, common practice 2D ultrasound ,color doppler folw imaging (CDFI)and color doppler energy (CDPI) , To unite to make use of ultraharmonic contrast imaging(UHCI) of recent to development to stand up and the analytical technique of acoustic densitometry(AD) , Monitoring of development to parameter about acute renal allograft rejection to take place,to develop process of cortex of kidney irritating blood flow , to continuous , to development observation the changing about blood flow the happening the development of acute renal allograft rejection. to pass determin the parameter of to pour into blood flow, to carry out cross-check analysis to homochronous clinical biochemical indicator and histopathologic examination , to search better sensitive index to...
