In this paper , the synthesis,molecular structure,characteraction of metal phthalocynines were commented. Some major analytic methods used in the study of interaction between the drug molecular with bovine serum albumin(BSA) were reviewed.Tetra-sulfonic phthalocyanine aluminium, cobalt, manganese(AlPcS4, CoPcS4, MnPcS4) was synthesized by using 4-sulfonic-phthalic acid as fragment. Their structures were identified and characterized by IR, UV-VIS, TG , HPLC and 1HNMR. The dimerization of AlPcS4, CoPcS4, MnPcS4 were studied in different solution (DMSCO, H2O, CH3CN),different pH and different ion concentration by spectra photometic method.The interaction of AlPcS4, CoPcS4, MnPcS4 with bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied .The binding constant KA of three metal phthalocyanine were determined by both UV/Vis and fluorescence spectra method, the same results were obtained.The binding site of tetrasulfonated metal phathalocyanine on the BSA were determined by using Hemin chloride(HE), Ibuprofen(IB)and L-tryptophan(TRP) as probes and competitive binding method. According to the Foster dipole-dipole energy transfer, the distance to be measured between the MPcS4 and BSA are about 2-3nm.Tetra chlorosulfonyl phthalocyanine aluminium [AlPc(SO2Cl)4] and Tetra-carboxyl -aminohexanoic-sulfonyl phthalocyanine aluminium [AlPc(SO2C5H10COONa)4] were synthesized by tetra-sulfonated phathalocyanine aluminium. Their structures were identified and characterized by IR, UV-VIS, TG and HPLC.
