Effect And Mechanism To Adjust Interleukin 2 Receptor MRNA And Relative Subjects Of Pre-moxibstion And Pre-acupuncture On Menopausal Rats

The characteristics of Menopause syndrome are indicated as decay of the human comprehensive function to adapt to environment and sickness of multiple body systems or organs. Acupuncture can alleviate clinical symptom of syndrome in menopause by working on neuroendocrine-immune network. This was proved by many clinical reports and basic research. However, reports on"pre-acupuncture"to prevent, alleviate and cure Menopause syndrome are rare. In 21st century, popular cure mode has being changed to prevent the illness,therefore,great significance to preventative medicine will be achieved if we have comprehensive research on mechanism how the acupuncture prevents illness in future.In my experiments, rats similar to human Menopause syndrome are chosen as natural climacteric model. Beginning with natural 4 and 10 months old rats and older ones, Guanyuan the traditional point to prevent diseases and prolong the life are pre-punctured. By using radio-immunity,HE stain,n-situ hybridization,morphology of uterus,neuroendocrine-immune(IL-2R,IL-2,CRH,TGF,TNF),apoptosis indexes (Bcl-2/bax) are observed. These experimental results help to learn partial mechanism how pre-acupuncture prevents Menopause syndrome.1.The uterus pathology :The uterus membrane of the natural group rats has squamous metaplasia.The matteix cell ,Gland and blood vessel of the lamina propria decrease.There are lots of fiber connective tissue . The smooth muscle of the muscle layer is inordinate . The blood vessel decreases. There are lymphatic-like cell infiltrating and much fiber connective tissue growing obviously .After preventive acupuncture and moxibustion ,The majority of the uterus membrane of the rats is covered for the monolayer column epidermis .The matrix cell ,Gland and blood vessel of the lamina preppie increase relatively .There are little fiber connective tissues .The muscular layer incrassates relatively .There are lymphatic-like cell infiltrating and more blood vessel .There are little fiber connective tissue.The result hint that pre-moxibustion and pre-acupuncture can relief the uterus deterioration in some extent2.The change of uterine IL-2,TGF,TNF content and the IL-2RmRNA expression before and after .Pre-acupuncture and Pre-moxibustion:Compared with nature-young model group ,the uterine IL-2 content of the nature-ageing rats declined,P<0.05.The uterine IL-2RmRNA expression levels declined, natural 12-month ,14-month and 16-month groups had obvious difference., P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.01. the uterine TGF content had a tendency-first increased., then decreased, the natural 10-monnth group had an increased tendency, the natural 12, 14, 16-month groups had a...
