The Clinical Application Research Of Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion With Morcellized Impacted Bone Graft Versus Cage

Objective To investigate the technique and its feasibility about the application of posterior lumbar interbody morcellized impacted graft fusion in lumbar interbody fusion.Method From September 2003 to August 2005, 99 patients were divided into the morcellized impacted graft fusion group and interbody fusion Cage group according to the material used for interbody fusion. We healed 56 cases of lumbar degeneration disease through posterior lumbar interbody morcellized impacted graft fusion, and healed 43 lumbar degeneration cases through interbody fusion Cage. In the morcellized impacted graft fusion group, there were 23 males and 33 females. Their average age was 57.7 ± 10.4 (37～82) years old. Among the total, there were 29 cases above 60 years old and 27 cases below 60 years old.
