[Objectives]In the part of clinical research, we assessed the levels of serum Adiponectin, Resistin in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), then we divided the patients into four clinical types of TCM syndrome. At the same time we noted their common status, including gender, age, levels of blood lipids, etc. After coronary angiography (CAG), the results of CAG were recorded. The purpose is to investigate the relationship between the levels of serum Adiponectin, Resistin, blood lipids and sydrome differentiation of CHD; analyze the relativity between the result of CAG and all the results of the biochemistry above.[Methods]All subjects were enrolled from inpatients who underwent coronary angiography. We studied total of 121 patientsand the 27 health. These patients included 106 patients with angina, 15 patients with myocardial infarct.According to the coated tongue and pulse tracings and clinical manifestation, the inpatients were divided into four clinical types of TCM syndrome —deficincy types such as Qi-deficincy, Yin-deficincy, and the excess types, such as blood stasis, phlegm-turbid. We collected the blood of inpatients and the health, assessed the levels of serum Adiponectin, Resistin by the way of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Datas were presented as mean±SD. The significance of the differences between the groups were determined by the ANOVA. Linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between the variables.[Results]1. The numerical value of gender, age, body height, body weight, BMI from all the objects in the study had no difference in the statistical significance.2. The levels of serum Adiponectin were different between the CHD and the healt (3.161±0.908 vs 3.867±0.990μg/ml,p<0.001); The levels of serum Resistin in CAD were higher than In the health (2.957±2.904 vs 1.606±0.870ng/ml, p<0.001) which was the same as LDL-C (2.70±0.92 vs 1.52±0.56mmol/l,, p<0.001), TG (1.83±1.31 vs 1.28±0.34mmol/l,p<0.001). However the levels of TC had no difference.
