A Study On Plasma GMP-140 In Hypertensive Patients With Impaired Glucose Tolerance By Lipo-prostaglandin E₁

PrefacePrimary hypertension is one of the commonest cardiovascular diseases, the change of GMP - 140 level has a important pathological and physiological significance in its pathogenesis. Thus, in the recent years, people have paid more and more attention on the change of GMP — 140 level with the primary hypertensive. There have been some reports about the comparative studies of GMP -140 level between primary hypertensive and hypertensive with diabetes mellitus, however, very few reports consider about the change of GMP -140 level to hypertensive patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).
