| Part One SummaryThis paper studies the past two decades'literature about the domestic Chinese and Western's treatment LEAOD. It has three aspects including pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.Part Two Clinical ResearchObjective:Observation the treatment of LEAOD in use of Xuesaitong Lyophilized Powder Injection and lipo PGE1.Methods:Selecting 50 patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive diseaseLEAPD, using Xuesaitong Lyophilized Powder Injection lipo PGE1 and other drugs, treatment 28 days, observing the clinical efficacy and syndrome differentiation and the relationship between clinical stage, After the treatment, analyzing the changes in clinical symptoms, whole blood viscosity, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, and ankle-brachial index before and after changes in treatment.Results:After the treatment, clinical total effective rate was 90.0%; context of toxic heat syndrome and cold coagulation context permits, thread vein stasis and heat syndrome treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was significant difference in the three phases (P<0.05). In the third phase, There was no significant difference in the 3 levels (P> 0.05); integration between clinical symptoms before and after treatment statistically significant (P<0.05); before and after the treatment, whole blood viscosity, low-density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, and ankle brachial index was significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating LEAOD in use of Xuesaitong Lyophilized Powder Injection and lipo PGE1. have a significant clinical effect, especially in context of cold coagulation card, thread vein stasis stasis and heat syndrome patients and lth and 2rd phases patients; the clinical symptoms,blood viscosity, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, and ankle brachial index showed significant improvement. |
