ObjectiveTo study revascularization issues of compound artificial bone through compounding nano-hydroxyapatite / chitosan (N-HA/CS) with bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). It is expected to discover the relationship between osteogenesis and revascularization of this compound artificial bone by implantation in vivo . In addition, it will be discovered the relationship between big aperture of nano-hydroxyapatite/chitosan comopound BMP and dense N-HA/CS-BMP on revascularization.Methods1. Preparation of compound materials The co-precipitation method is applied to obtain nano-hydroxyapatite / chitosan compound materials, and the particle leaching method is employed to prepare nano-hydroxyapatite / chitosan porous compound materials, with a porosity of 85% and an aperture diameter of 100-500μ; nano-hydroxyapatite / chitosan compound materials and zinc oxide (ZnO) powder are mixed at a rate of 8:1 by weight to produce dense materials. The weight percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite / Chitosan is...
