A Dependablity Study On The Tolerance Of Enteral Nutrition And The Level Of Motilin In Plasma.

ObjectiveTo research the dependablity Between the tolerance of Enteral Nutrition with the Level of Motilin in plasma of Preoperative and postoperative, reveal the biologic base of the tolerance of enteral nutrition in patients and provid the theoretical base to improve the quality and reasonable application of enteral nutrition and cut down the response of the gastrointestinal tract. Materials and methods40 patients, including 24 males and 16 femals,with gastric cancer were collected, the mean-age is 60.2Y.We drawed 2ml VB(venous blood) from Antecubital Vein on the next early dawn of the admission and the 24 hours after the operation (before undertaking Enteral Nutrition), and infused the VB into the precooling test-tube(5ml.VOL) ,which contained 30μl 10%EDTA-Na2 and 1000kIu zymofren,and measured the concentration of the MTL in plasma through radio immunoassay(RIA);We undertook enteral nutrition through the jejunostoma ductus on the 24 hours after the operation,and adopted Nutrison Multi Fibre as the praeparatum of Enteral Nutrition, and observed the responses of the gastrointestinal tract during undertaking Eenteral Nutrition,such as stomachache , diarrhea , nausea , vomiting , enterospasm and dumping syndrome,et al.The patients who had the responses(even one of these) is intolerance to the Enteral Nutrition,on the contrary,is tolerance to the Enteral Nutrition.
