The Clinical Significance Of Early Enteral Nutrition Therapy Edematous Pancreatitis

Objective :Study acute pancreatitis period of early enteral nutrition(EN) and effectiveness.Methods:From 40 cases of acute pancreatitis patients. 20 cases as control group. 20 patients in hospital for 48h, inner X-ray or upper jejunum underneath, gradually nutrition tube of giving enteral nutrition, the same treatment group. Compare the two groups within two weeks after the treatment of amylase, plasma albumin, urinary symptoms change etc.Results:E N group fell rapidly, serum amylase urine albumin has increased significantly, abdominal distension, critical care and hospital has shortened, complications, and hospitalization cost reduction.Conclusion:Within 48 hours of early enteral nutrition support is safe, effective, feasible, and application of nasal jejunum tube early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients with SAP speed recovery, shorten the duration of symptoms and signs of medical expenses and length of hospitalization.
